Indulgence is the key to happiness. It's amazing how much happiness one can derive from tossing together a bit of eggs, flour & sugar. Tonight I made my first-ever pineapple upside down cake. I've been eye-balling it from across the room for about an hour now. I think it's cool enough to sample...YUM!
